We've just had the most horrific encounter @Spar Brackengate this morning. This "manager" has just screamed at, swore at and publicly degraded a staff member over the food counter. He climbed into her calling her useless, a piece of shit, telling her to fuck off as he pushed himself into the space between the deli counter and the wall so that he could stand in her face even more. He threatened to fire her on the spot. The staff were too scared to give his name. A group of us protested, but he says, "Ja, it's always the Manager, the Manager, the Manager" We are grateful to advocate Klaase for offering to take this ladies case pro bono and the other ladies who made a stand with us.
